2. Which data we process and why
2.1 Visiting the website
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system, referring website. Purpose: secure and stable operation of the website. The log files are only kept as long as necessary for this purpose and then deleted.
2.2 Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, the language of the website on which you sign up (so that we can write to you in that language), the source of your visit (e.g. an advertising campaign) and the date and time of your sign-up and confirmation. Purpose: informing you about the launch and development of Taktova.
Your sign-up is forwarded to our email provider via a small service on our web server; we do not store the data additionally. If this does not work, your email program opens with a prepared message to us; we treat it like a contact request (see 2.3).
We use a double opt-in procedure: you receive an email with a confirmation link. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We delete your data after you unsubscribe or at the latest 24 months after your last interaction if Taktova does not launch.
2.3 Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request.

Your IP address is not stored but only briefly converted into an anonymous identifier that changes daily.
